Doll Quilt Swap

Here's a little sneak peek at what I'm working on for the doll quilt swap.

I went running today with my kids. You'd think I'd be able to keep up with them. Apparently not. Well, I did have more stamina than my youngest, but the boys left me in the dust. We are planning on keeping up a routine of alternately running and walking in the mornings. We may not all be in the same place at the same time, but we'll all be out there getting our exercise! We're going to keep track of how many miles we cover this summer. Should be fun!

I wish I had my camera while we were out running. There were a couple front yards and cars that were "attacked" by teenagers during the night. The cars were literally covered with post-it notes and one lawn had tons of plastic forks stuck into it. The boy (probably a graduated senior) was out in the front cleaning up. I think he appreciated the love, but not the fact that now he had to clean it up!

Hey, I think I joined the same doll quilt swap. I saw the link on your sister's blog. What a small blog world. Your sneak peak has piqued my curiosity as to what you are creating.
I run with my boys in the morning some times too. It is a great bonding time and they get exercise! Keep up the good work!

Tom has enough miles in this year that he could have run to Vegas! I on the other hand, am greatful to walk.

What a fun idea to run with your kids. I'll have to keep that one in mind! I can't wait to see how many miles you do!
