...days where you didn't have to be anywhere too early in the morning.
...days where there wasn't much of a schedule.
...days where you could decide what you wanted to do with your day.
School has started.
We have to get up early.
We've got to get out the door.
There are new routines.
There is homework to do.
People expect things from us.
The days seem longer, and we are tired before the end of the day.
Some of us here are doing better than others with the transition. Hopefully next week will go a little smoother and we can all get into the groove of school.

we've still got a week and a half to go and then all the fun starts.
Love and hugs Gina xxx
I think that is the part I like the least is all the "people expecting things of us".. so much pressure - did you get your binder? did you get your lunch? I guess at least we have the weekends (ps - i haven't forgotten my giveback, look for it this week)
we're in the same boat...i may need to get a tow truck to drag that teen out of bed! 6 a.m. comes way to early for his teen sensibilities!
funny...my days have been longer in the summer. i look forward to school starting - days will go by quicker again! course, for me this probably has to do with morning sickness and having younger kids... i do look forward to being where you are at in life, but trying to enjoy the now as well.
I love summer! I always have a bit of a hard time getting back into school. It was hard for me as a little girl, and hard as a mom. Oh well, we'll get there. I know routine is good!
It always takes a while to adjust to new things. Next week will be better!
