Santa Loved the Cookies

We're back from a relaxing and yummy Christmas at my parent's house. Thanks Mom and Dad! It was fun to see my brother and his family before we headed home! I'm pleased to report that I am finally kicking my cold/cough that was keeping me up at night.

So I am feeling like myself again and am ready to take on cleaning up from Christmas and finding places for the new Christmas gifts. I've got a quilt to make that I promised as a late Christmas gift that I'm excited to work on.

Gotta get back to an exercise schedule to combat all the good food that has been eaten since Thanksgiving!

My oldest is at driving school this week. Wow! I can't imagine having another driver in the house! And the other two are having fun with their new Christmas gifts. I love the week between Christmas and New Years!

I'm with you. That week between Christmas and New Year is AWESOME! The kids are all busy with their own fun, but there are still no schedules or homework to worry about. Ahhh! Happy New Year!
