4 Seasons Quilt Swap - Mono

Our challenge was to make a monochromatic quilt.  It could have an accent color, and had to be between 16x16 and 20x20.  Mine is titled "Dutch Windmills."  It is 20x20 and is on it's way to it's new owner.

08   I hope my partner will like my creation.  I love the little bees on the tulips and the combination of the blue and yellow.  I had been wanting to try this pattern out for a while.  I like how it tessellates.  I'm sure I'll be making it again sometime! I want to try it with all different colored windmills / cartwheels / whirligiggles (just some of the names I've seen for this pattern).
