DQS6 Finished!

I've got 2 little quilts going out in the mail this week.  The first one is for a private swap I did with Quilt Dad.  I can't wait to see what he did with my fabrics...more on that when my little quilt arrives in the mail, then I'll have the big reveal...

And here's the 2nd one...

012

It's a little quilt I made for Doll Quilt Swap 6.  This is the third round that I've participated in.  What a fun group of quilters...I really enjoy coming up with a quilt that my partner will like.

009

Hopefully I've hit the mark and she'll love it.  I designed this quilt in EQ5.  How fun it is to go from a design on the computer to having the real thing in your hands!

011 Here's a little butterfly detail, and I love the fabric on the back...cute laundry on the line!

014

I've called it "Kaleidoscope Butterflies".

008

Just need to get a label on it and then I'll set it free.

I really like the butterflies. Your corners are so spot on. Great job!

I love your doll quilt! VERY creative. I am binding, binding, binding away on your little quilt (I am SOOOOO slow at hand stitching), but it should be ready to go shortly. I can't wait for the big reveal!

I didn't even notice that they were butterflies at first. It is a honey of a quilt. Your partner is gonna love it!

Tina, this is so pretty! The butterflies are gorgeous enough, but the kaleidoscope element really makes it incredible! I couldn't be lucky enough that you would get name twice could I?
