I had to document these flowers. I've had them a few days as you can tell. I wish I had gotten a picture when they were new.
It's a rare occasion that I receive flowers from my honey. Maybe it's because they're not very practical. I was surprised when he came home with these the other day. His Dad is visiting, and there must have been some influence there...they were at Costco getting the basics and picked these up for me. They smell divine!
I'm all ready for card group this week. I was afraid I'd have to miss it and send my cards with a friend since I wouldn't be able to attend. But I found out I'll be able to go, no conflicts anymore!
We usually don't have any sort of restrictions or themes or challenges at our card swap. But at the last swap of the year it's a tradition that people make Christmas/Winter cards. My first year I didn't know that and felt out of place with my non-holiday card.
This year I went with a snowman theme. I just love the colors in this fun holiday paper. Stay tuned for the rest of the story...

Beautiful flowers. I also love the colors in your fun snowmen cards.:)
Hi Tina! Dawna gave me your blogspot. I wanted to take a peek at the card exchanges in the past to get a feel for the group. Okay, I am totally going to be feeling the same way you did your first time! I didn't pick up on the holiday tradition at all from Stacy's email and I did an autumn/grateful card. I hope mine don't stick out like a sore thumb! Very cute card and pretty flowers...love the vibrant colors!
Very cute card you came up with! Glad you got some flowers. They are beautiful!
Beautiful flowers and I especially like the cards. I have getting geared up to make my Christmas Cards this weekend! Snowmen are my favorite!
