I am so lucky! I am so grateful for fingernails! I was cutting some fabric with my rotary cutter, and I took out a chunk of my fingernail. How did that happen? I am so grateful it didn't touch my skin! That would have been a bad cut!
Last October I was changing my blade in my rotary cutter. (I have the utmost respect for that blade and how sharp it is!) I was being so careful, when my son called my name, which startled me, and I dropped the blade. In slow motion I was trying to avoid the falling blade and as I stepped out of the way some how I ended up stepping on it while it was falling! I had a bad cut on the arch of my foot that took a long time to heal and I have the scar to prove it. Thankfully that didn't happen again today!

Oh my gosh, Tina! I am so glad you didn't cut your finger!
Where are the pictures of the scar?! Do you do manicures? Hee hee...
My little scar pales in comparison to your scar and is not worthy of a picture!
I wish I could say that had never happened to me - so close!
Tina , It happened to me before. When my sis in law tried to teach me how to quilt one time. I cut the tip of my finger. It was a little scary but it turned out that I only needed a bandaid. How embarrassing at the ER right!
