The King and I

We had a fun evening with some friends and went to see The King and I. It was a small theater, but definitely not a small production. We were very impressed by the sets and by the actors and their voices!

I had to show you the quilt sighting I had in the museum lobby of the theater. I couldn't identify the blocks from up high where it was, the pattern looked very random. But it's always fun to see a quilt. And this one looked like an old one!

what a fun/culturally developmental night - I love that you found the quilt in the lobby (how many people just wandered past something so cute?)

Oooh great show! I fell in love with Yul Brenner (King) as a kid. Love the songs in this show too! I'm a Broadway show fanatic...can you tell! And then a quilt in the lobby...how great!
