I am participating in the Recipe Swap Box today. Here is a simple and quick salad recipe:
Broccoli Salad
Combine in a bowl:
2 heads of broccoli florets
1 cup raisins
1 cup sunflower seeds
½ small chopped red onion
Dressing:
3 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
¼ cup sugar
1 cup mayo
Beat dressing if necessary to make smooth. Pour dressing onto salad ingredients and toss. Enjoy. Best when eaten right away.

another great recipe, this sure sounds easy and quick to make and ideal for the Veggies in our house. thanks :)
I have made this salad before and it is just wonderful...especially this time of year. Sometimes, I get in the mood for this dish and can eat it almost everyday! It really is delicious!
This sounds good! My kids LOVE broccoli, believe it or not!
I have this same recipe, it's my go-to for pot-lucks :) LOVE it!
I love this salad but have never made it. I'll have to try it.
This sounds like a perfect summer recipe! Thanks for sharing - otherwise I would have missed out on your fabulous blog. I love the quilt you are working on with your sister. - Kathy
I love this salad, and your recipe looks simple and tasty. I usually fry up some bacon, dice it, and throw it in. It really adds. Thanks for the recipe.
I make this a lot in the summer. It's really good if you add cashews before serving. Delicious!
Tina, I have a little something for you on my blog. Come see!
