This and That and a Giveaway!

Have you ever tried these mint crisp m&ms? They are dangerous! Man they are good, they remind me of the thin mint girl scout cookies. The Activity Days girls at church gave them to me as a thank you and farewell since I'm not working with them anymore. I'm going to miss them!

Here's the tote for my daughter's teacher with the star tags I made. We gave it to her today and she loved it.

I finally got around to making balls for my kids with their fabric choices. Hmmm, can you tell which one is the boy's and which one is the girl's???

Giveaway! If you would like to be the proud owner of this darling pincushion, then just leave me a comment and tell me: If you had a whole day to yourself, how would you spend your day? Post your comment here by Thursday night and I'll choose a random number and announce the winner on Friday the 13th. Good luck!

If I had a whole day to myself...wow. What a thought!

I would sleep in for sure, read a great book in bed, then I would go get a manicure/pedicure, sit somewhere outside for a nice quiet lunch. Then I think I would like to walk along a lake or some other scenic place. I would mostly enjoy the peace and quiet for sure!

You are so talented Tina! I love reading your blog. :)

The M&Ms sound REALLY good!

What would I do with a whole day to myself? I would drive to Denver and go to the art museum and some of the fabric stores there. Of course, I would have to take lots of spending $$$! :)

I just ran across your blog via Diane. I love your quilts. You really seem to have a knack for quilting. I like to make quilts as well but that time of my life has been postponed due to the recent additions to my family. If I had a whole day to myself, I'd work on the 10 quilt kits I have started and not finished!! Anyway, thanks for sharing!

Tina: If I had a whole day so spend to myself -- I would catch up on all of my projects, mostly my photo's. Sad, I know but I am behind at least 6 years. They keep getting put into the "Box"

Hmm, such a great question. I would get a pedicure just like Ann, buy a new book and head to the beach for hours of reading, definitely do a little shopping and meet some girlfriends for dinner. Ah, wouldn't that be fabulous!!

I would sleep in, take a long HOT bubble bath, read a book in bed, blog, then call Dave and Hailey because by then I'd be feeling lonely! With them, we would go out to eat somewhere fun and then go bowling. Weird, I know...that would be what I would choose to do. :)

A day with nothing to do sounds wonderful. I think I would sit in my “relax your back” chair (since my back was so sore yesterday after leaning over, going over mail and papers, and making copies all day…ouch!) and work on the blanket I am knitting for my newest grandson, Judah. It sounds good to just sit back in my room and knit.
